Learning outdoors is about engaging children in many different ways. We strive to provide opportunities to develop skills for learning, life and work.
The aim is to increase the children’s understanding and enjoyment of the environment and help them see the opportunities to enjoy being outside in a fun and active way. The children in this group have the chance to develop the sessions any way they like. All achievement afternoons are planned around what the children have asked to do or if they have shown an interest towards an activity. This year’s Outdoor Learning group have decided to look at animals outside and how we can help them with food and shelter. We work together collaboratively and independently to achieve our end goals. Miss Murray takes our group.
